What are the classes and the requirements needed to open a shop of silk screen printing T-shirts and other things?

I this question once before and I do not really have the answer I'm looking so ill ask again, I want to know whether it remains a specific class or a particular need to open I shop screen printed shirts, baskets, glass, glasses, etc. What are some good advice? if anyone has a shop what do you do first?
