What happens to my Internet Explorer tabs?

Every time I open more than one tab – try clicking on another tab open – that movies back to the original page / tab so I can not see the other pages or other things that I've opened. It makes me crazy. Please help someone! Adjustments should be out – How I can fix please? Thanks Have reinstalled Explorer 8 – not good!
