Should I go to my soccer practice 10 days after he suffered a sprained ankle?
I have a sprained ankle while played soccer for my high school nine days ago and went with the coach and sports medicine. And he said I could play with a splint, but can not be 100 percent. I've lost four games and first AMI in a very good team and I'm eager to play. Advice?
You should not play because he could do worse perhaps someone gave a kick in the wrong direction.
